We love, love, love FRIENDS! We both had never watched the entire series through until it hit Netflix a few years ago. I fell in love with it first and started watching it almost religiously… I mean, what’s not to love? These characters are so real. Sure, they’re exaggerated, crazy and the most eccentric group of people you’d ever meet, but they feel so real. Am I just crazy for thinking that? Anyway, I loved it first and Steph was obsessed with How I Met Your Mother and rightfully so! It’s a good show. It’s like the next generation’s version of Friends. The premise is similar…A group of friends from NYC hang around McClaren’s Pub and an apartment and go through life together. Replace McClaren’s Pub with Central Perk and you got yourself a hit 90s sitcom. It’s the characters that I fell in love with that made me obsess over Friends rather than HIMYM. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the characters in HIMYM, but I just related to the 90s group of Friends more. So eventually, Steph saw the light after being very reluctant to watch and guess what? It’s always on in our house. Literally, if she turns the Apple TV on, it’s most likely gonna be tuned into Friends! It’s still relevant and has some range; it’ll make you laugh, make you cry and make you wish you lived next door to your best friends more than ever!

I quote FRIENDS on a daily basis. It’s kind of sad, but at the same time brings me so much joy especially when people pick up on it and continue the quote. Needless to say, could we BE anymore in love with this show?
