A Navy & Grey June Wedding at Scotland Run Golf Club

We adore these two. Chase & Olivia are two of the sweetest and most in love couples we’ve had the pleasure of working with. Needless to say, we’ve really looked forward to their wedding at Scotland Run Golf Club ever since we met them a year ago at their Old City engagement session. Just from Olivia’s engagement outfits, we knew that her dress was going to be “Outta this world” gorgeous, and it didn’t disappoint! She wore a beautiful dress designed by the Hayley Paige. It was stunning and the gorgeous tattoo on her arm added this extra pop of personality to her entire look.

As the day drew closer, the rain looked more and more imminent. It was supposed to start at 2pm, the time we were to start portraits. However, the night before it was pushed back until 4pm and then on the wedding day it got delayed again until 7pm! It hardly rained, if at all! We were so lucky because we got to capture some gorgeous photos of Chase & Olivia outside, and even though it was cloudy, it was super flattering lighting. Their first look was such a sweet, intimate moment. Chase & Olivia were both nervous going into their wedding day and they hit an emotional peak at their first look. Olivia teared up during the first look and was overwhelmed seeing her groom. And I think I saw a tear or two from Chase during the first look, but I’m sure there were a few as she came down the aisle. After seeing each other at the first look, their nerves went away and you could tell they were so much more comfortable because they were finally together. That’s the magic of the first look!

We loved every minute of this day. From her dad singing Frank Sinatra to her on the dance floor, to the details, the first look and even the flower girl who sang a lovely ballad from “The Little Mermaid.” Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more excited for Chase & Olivia.
