December Wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of photographing Katie and Kevin’s beautiful wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. Located in the picturesque Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, the Inn provided a stunning backdrop for their special day. Despite the chilly December weather, the couple’s love kept them warm throughout the day. Katie and Steph attended Kid’s Heart of the Arts, a theater camp, together as kids so it was really special to be able to document this special day for her and Kevin.

The setting at the Inn was absolutely magical. The outdoor Crestview Chapel provided the perfect outdoor setting for the ceremony. It overlooks the Cherry Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, the Delaware Water Gap, and Wind Gap. Flowers decorated the Iron Gazebo for the couple to exchange vows beneath. We could practically feel the love radiating from the couple as they said their “I dos”.

After the ceremony, we took Katie and Kevin around the Inn’s grounds for some wedding portraits. The magical winter light mixed with variety of picturesque locations like the charming Gazebo, a cute little pathway, and the wooded area made for perfect backdrops The reception, held in the Inn’s Grand Ballroom, was was filled with laughter and joy. The couple shared their first dance as husband and wife, and their loved ones celebrated with them throughout the night.

Overall, it was a wonderful day for Katie and Kevin. We were so honored to be a part of their special day and wish them a lifetime of happiness together. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
