Apart from photographing weddings, we love photographing families, maternity, and lifestyle newborn sessions. These lifestyle newborn sessions are essentially family sessions with a newborn in a relaxed environment of your choosing. We also bundle maternity, lifestyle newborn, and one year old portraits. The session can take place anywhere you want? We've photographed sessions everywhere from the beach to local parks to inside client's homes. We'd recommend choosing a place that might be meaningful to you, or create a positive atmosphere for you and your family. Every session and couple is different so we can help you with this when we talk logistics.

That is 100% up to you. Want to go formal? Great! Prefer to keep it casual? Awesome! Both? Let's do it! Part of what you choose to wear may be influenced by your location. Example is an in-home session may be more casual than dressy, you get me? We'd recommend complimentary colors (not matching colors). Everyone in white is going to look more odd than natural. Pick a color palette and stick with those colors.

Everyone feels awkward in front of camera at first! Even us! It's true. We aim to create a fun atmosphere and operate with the one rule of letting you be you. When it comes to kids and toddlers, they are a force to be reckoned with, often causing chaos and destruction in their wake. Getting them to do what you want is impossible...so instead we want you to do what they want. We encourage play when it comes to family sessions. Chase them around, put them on your shoulders, and do what they like doing! Take them to the playground and let's capture you in your real life. You'll love the real candids more than any staged photo anyway.

Within a few weeks of your session, you'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download high resolution images. 

The gallery is also set up to make ordering prints, canvases and other keepsakes as easy as turning on a Roomba to clean your floors. No worrying about tricky things like color correction, DPI and image format.
