Matt & I (Josiah) met at college orientation three years ago. It’s funny looking back at how life was and how dramatically it can change in such a short amount of time. He hadn’t even met Ashley at that point and now they’re getting married! Matt & I went out to First Landing State Park on Saturday morning to scout a location. After hiking about half a mile, we came across an opening off of the main trail. The next day, we both arrived at the park separately around noon. Ashley had no idea, but her life would change in the next hour. While Matt & Ashley went to the nature center, I snuck off down the trail and to my hiding spot and waited for them to show up. Time passed and they arrived, had a picnic and then the proposal! It was perfect! Ashley never saw it coming!
