Matt & Brittany
We have known Matt & Brittany since we were in middle school! We went to youth group with them, worshipped with them, prayed with them and served with them. It was an honor to have the privilege of photographing their engagement photos and wedding, at the top of that mountain at Ridgecrest at Stroudsmoor, the beginning of their marriage together. We both knew that this day would come even when they were dating in high school and we were so thrilled when Matt finally popped the question! They had the perfect wedding day, no cloud in sight until their ceremony, but it was graciously welcomed since it blocked out the hot sun for a solid and glorious 20 minutes! It was a hot day but they still nuzzled and hugged and kissed all afternoon. The heat wasn’t gonna get to ‘um!
We loved watching Matt smile big as Britt and her dad walked towards them and then as Britt’s dad kissed her and handed his daughter off to Matt before taking on the role of officiating his daughters wedding. He made it through with hardly any tears. We loved watching joy exude from them their entire day and seeing Brittany smash cake in Matt’s face during the reception. Even their details were perfectly decorated throughout their reception! It truly was a magical day on top of that mountain!
Matt & Brittany, we loved spending every second of that day with you guys! Your smiles brought so much joy to our hearts and we are so excited for your new life together! We can’t wait to see you guys again and love you both! Until then, we hope you enjoy some of our favorites from your wedding day!
