Engagement at Valley Forge

Phil + Sarah

We met up with Phil and Sarah for their engagement at Valley Forge Park on what is likely the nicest day we’ve experience this entire year. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. This session was so fun! Phil and Sarah were fully on board with all the ridiculous poses we tossed their way to get some real laughter and smiles from them. They’re also practically models so photographing them was incredibly easy! Best of all, they’re both so incredibly sweet and kind. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding in 2023!

Q: Tell us how the proposal went down!

We got engaged in September 2021. Sarah’s best friend and her fiancé asked Phil and Sarah to go on a walk at Valley Forge Park with them as they had done the previous summer. Our friends were “running late” and told us to start the walk without them. Sarah noticed Phil was acting strange that morning, so she was suspicious, but was still surprised and over the moon excited when the proposal happened! Our friends were hiding taking pictures while Phil got down on one knee and the rest is history! It was the most exciting, happiest day of our lives.

Q: What’s the best part about being engaged?

The best part is getting to do everything together!

Book early, do your research, and reach out to family/friends for recommendations.
