Wedding at The Woodlands Inn

Two of the sweetest people got married last Saturday at The Woodlands Inn in Wilkes-Barre, PA! Rob and Alexis have been together for what seems like an eternity, and finally tied the knot after years of being together! These two eye-docs have had their eyes on each other for, I think I heard 12 years in a toast… (correct me in the comments if I’m wrong there Rob and Alexis). What I’m getting at here is this was a long time coming and we’re so thrilled not just for them, but for their families as well! Weddings are such an exciting time where two families become one.

Choosing a favorite moment from this day is actually pretty easy. We loved their personal vows to each other that they shared by the river near the venue. They got away from all of their bridal party, guests, and family and had a personal moment with one another. The words they expressed with one another were so sweet and getting a moment to yourself on the wedding day to just be together is incredibly important in our opinion. The other favorite moment was their super fun bridal party entrances. We’ve seen some fun entrances in the past, but I think this one was the most fun since every pair competed to see who had the best entrance. Pretty cool idea that we hadn’t seen before that was way more entertaining than just a few people walking through the door in dresses and suits.

All in all, a really wonderful day with awesome people, great food, beautiful decor, and we are super happy with how their photos are turning out so keep scrolling to see all the amazing moments from their day!
