A Navy & Grey Wedding at Union Trust
It’s not too often that we get to shoot in the city. We stick close to the suburbs of Philadelphia, but this weekend we had the privilege of photographing Darren & Elizabeth at Union Trust. This venue is so gorgeous! One of the most beautiful ceilings with dozens of the suspended lightbulbs, and a changing neon colored bar. It made for a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and reception. Better yet, it’s only 2 blocks from one of our favorite places in all of Philly to photograph, and that is the Independence Hall area. Specifically down at the Second Bank of the US. We headed down there to photograph their bridal party portraits and their bride and groom photos. We love the way they turned out!
Darren and Elizabeth have been together for about a decade! A full 10 years of time and they finally tied the knot last weekend at Union Trust. They are both so supportive of one another in life and their careers. Darren and Elizabeth are so authentic and genuine. Their friendships with one another and with their closest friends is something they place a lot of value on. Their best man and maid of honor are friends they’ve had for the majority of their lives. They also know how to throw a beautiful wedding. We loved watching them smile as they walked out of their ceremony as husband and wife and share in their first dance. It was a beautiful day all around.
To Darren & Elizabeth:
Thanks so much for trusting us with your photographs! Your wedding was absolutely gorgeous from the colors, to the details and to the ceremony. We hope you had the best day ever and we’re so excited to share a little sneak peek from it. Your full gallery is coming soon, but until then, here’s a few of our favorites from your big day!
