Wedding at Bluestone Estate

Dan + Devon

This was our first time photographing a wedding at Bluestone Estate. Dan and Devon chose a beautiful venue. Bluestone Estate out in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a venue I would love to shoot at every single weekend. This space has so many incredible locations for photos. It seemed like everywhere you looked, there was an incredible spot. And this wasn’t just a wonderful venue for photos, but this wedding was also one we would love to photograph every weekend. Dan and Devon made our job easy and so much fun. They weren’t on time during the day. They were actually early! That never happens. We never get over an hour for portraits with the couple, but we did on their wedding day. This allowed us to take our time and not have to rush through photos, and we were able to keep everything really relaxed and easygoing. Factor the beautiful venue on top of a chill couple who is on time and prepared, and you have yourself an awesome wedding day.

Dan and Devon are two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. They were both so excited to see one another on the wedding day. We loved watching their first look unfold, both Devon seeing her dad, and Devon seeing Dan for the first time. We loved hearing what their friends and family had to say about them. There was nothing but incredible things that were said about these two and that they were just perfect for one another, and we’d have to agree. They even sent us a thank you text the day after the wedding thanking us for everything which doesn’t happen often, and it always means so much to us!
