Their Engagement On The Ice

We’ve known Allie for forever! Josiah & Allie actually have known each other since they were both around three years old. She’s also only three days older than Josiah, too! We had such a great time with Shaun & Allie them at their engagement session yesterday at The Hotel Hershey and at The Giant Center. Shaun pulled some strings and was able to secure the entire Giant Center for the shoot! We were the only people on the ice and it was super cool (pun intended). The last time we photographed a session on ice was in Rockefeller Center for Brad & Didi’s proposal! That was super cool, too! He actually intended to get The Hershey Arena because his grandfather helped build it! How cool is that?! Anyway, the rain calmed down just before the shoot and we were able to stay outside and snag a few images before heading over to the Giant Center! These hockey fans had some fun ideas and were a blast to photograph! They both threw on their ice skates and wore their favorite team’s jerseys. Shaun is for the Capitals & Allie is, of course, for the Flyers having grown up in the suburbs of Philly! They brought their own sticks and even a puck with their date on it! It was super cute! They’re both so sweet and funny and we had the best time with them!
