Jack + Erin
Weddings are back, baby! We’ve missed them and we can’t wait to photograph all 30 couples on our list for 2021! It’s going to be such a great year! Jack + Erin are really kicking off our wedding season as we’re getting into prime wedding time for May and June. Their wedding at The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake Resort in Reeders, PA was so beautiful. We had the best weather, some gorgeous light, and a wonderful venue.
We were actually here with them back in September for their mini-ceremony to photograph them exchange vows. This second go-around was even more fun as there were 100+ guests all ready to party and celebrate with them. We certainly missed that! We’ve never photograph the same couple get married twice either. That was definitely a first for us, but we loved getting that extra time with Jack + Erin, and seeing as we already photographed a lot of this already for them, we had the chance to be a little more creative and experiment a little bit in our approach.
Our favorite part of this wedding was the dancing. Yes, we loved photographing all the emotional parts like their portraits and ceremony, but it’s felt like forever since we’ve seen a packed dance floor. Having people back together, having fun, and celebrating Jack + Erin and just go flat out wild was awesome to photograph. Hopefully you can feel the energy and fun of that dance floor through these photos. It was electric!
