Wedding at Clearstory at The Pajama Factory

Round two for Mike and Annie was so incredibly fun! We had the privilege of joining them and their family last October for their wedding in upstate New York. It was a beautiful wedding day unlike any we’ve been a part of. Their second wedding just last weekend at Clearstory at The Pajama Factory in Williamsport, PA was also the type of wedding we don’t typically get to photograph. It’s not often, if ever, that we get the chance to shoot a wedding in an old factory building. Because of that, we adapted our editing style slightly to fit the vibe that this building gave off.

Mike and Annie are so much fun to be around. If you’re just meeting them, you’ll instantly feel included, comfortable, and like you’ve known them for years. They’re both complete goofballs, and such wonderful people. They’ve already been married for a year, and what they really wanted for their second wedding day was to just celebrate and have as much fun with all of their family and friends as possible. With that being the focus, we did things differently and were able to keep the day super chill, and easy-going. Mike and Annie got ready together. Mike actually buttoned up her dress, helped her get her jewelry on and Annie tied his tie for him. It was a wonderful little moment. They originally planned to do a first look, but we thought this would be more special since Mike had already seen her in this wedding dress last year, plus they spent the morning together already. It only seemed right that they help each other get ready. We would love to photograph more couples spend the getting ready portion of the day together.

Thanks for letting us share in not one, but two of your wedding celebrations! We feel so lucky to have gotten to know you, and photograph you on so many different occasions. You guys both bring such huge smiles to our face and had us laughing throughout the entire day. We are so excited for you both as you begin this new chapter of your life together in a new place!
