Jim + Kristen
We met up with Jim and Kristen a few days ago for their engagement at The Alloy Hotel in King of Prussia, PA. This place was a serious vibe. The lobby is one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies I’ve ever set foot in and made for a perfect backdrop. If you know our work, you know that most of the time we are shooting outside at parks, college campuses, or in the city. It’s very rare that we do a session that takes place primarily indoors. This definitely was a challenge and pushed our creativity and skills to do something a little different, and it was so much fun! There’s a level of anxiety I feel before going into any engagement session. As an introvert, meeting new people, and then being in charge of them and making sure they look good, have fun, and then love the images we’ve created while working around all the other variables that pop up like lighting, background, and things like that really brings on some anxiety for me. Thankfully, Jim and Kristen were so incredible and kind. They were so easy to pose and direct, and were just a blast to work with. Can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
To Jim + Kristen:
Thanks for thinking outside the box and pushing our creativity a bit for this session. We had such an awesome time with you both and can’t wait to do this all over again on the wedding day. You both were so much fun to photograph! We are working hard on the rest of your images and can’t wait to show you the full gallery, but until then, we hope you enjoy this sneak peek from your engagement at The Alloy Hotel in King of Prussia, PA.
