Wedding at The Arts Ballroom

Mark + Madeleine

We briefly met Mark + Madeleine at a wedding we photographed last October for Nishaad + Alexa (peep that wedding here). Not long after that wedding, Mark + Madeleine reached out asking if we could photograph their Philly wedding at The Arts Ballroom. They had already been married for a few months and had a small wedding in Texas. Having lived in Philly and met in Philly, they wanted to have a reception here to celebrate with all of their friends. Of course, any friend of Nishaad + Alexa is a friend of ours and we were excited to be working with these two. They are so incredibly sweet! Madeleine was just so joyful and Mark didn’t stop smiling the entire night.

We loved photographing this wedding. The weather was perfect. The venue was beautiful. And Mark and Madeleine made our jobs so easy and so fun. Having never been in front of cameras, these two crushed their portraits a few blocks from the venue. Then they tore it up on the dance floor with all of their friends. It was an awesome night.

Wish we had the chance to do it all over again because you both were so fun to hang out with!
